RETURNS

We want you to love your URSA pieces. We will refund purchases of regular price products, sent back within 14 days of the order delivery date. Please email us prior to shipping for a return authorization. Items returned without a prior approval will not be processed. Custom and sale items are excluded and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you feel that you have received a damaged item, please email hola@ursatextiles.com.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and clean. Email hola@ursatextiles.com if you have any questions about your return.

DUTIES

URSA is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and items are shipped directly from Argentina using FedEx courier shipping services or Correo Argentino.

Stock items typically arrive within 7-14 days from the date when the order is confirmed. Some of our pieces are handmade to order, and an additional 2-3 weeks should be allowed for delivery.

All shipments destined outside of Argentina are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. URSA has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. URSA is required by law to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us  and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee. If a package is returned to Argentina because the buyer did not claim it, a replacement will not be shipped.
